Refund Policy – Lubov

At Lubov, we take great care in crafting and delivering our cakes and desserts fresh to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged cake, please follow the steps below:

For Damaged Cakes:

  • Send us clear photos of the damaged product within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Email the images to orders@lubov.in along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once our team verifies the claim, we will either:
  • Arrange a replacement cake, or
  • Issue a refund in the form of a coupon, which can be used for your next order.
