In 2013, Sandhya Parthasarathy made a life-changing decision—leaving a successful software engineering career to pursue her true passion: baking. What began as a personal love quickly blossomed into a journey of culinary excellence.

Over the years, Sandhya has earned a stellar reputation for her artistry in custom cakes and premium baked treats. She has played a key role in product development for some of India’s most beloved food brands, including Frozen Bottle, Boba Bar, and Madno.

As Head of Product Development & Innovation at Munchbox, Sandhya brings vision, heart, and precision to Lubov—ensuring every recipe is rich in flavor, flawless in texture, and full of love.
